KM1 File setup tips?

We recently purchased a KM1 and have a great results but occasionally have run into issues with certain screens or images that seem to be getting translated oddly vs our Canon iX3200.
I was wondering if anyone out there has one of these and has any certain pre-press or file setup tips.

I wont have specifics for the KM1
BUT
including RIP software info for both the Canon and the KM1 could help with specifics for responses.
Files setup SHOULD be the same.
YMMV.

It SHOULD be but it's not.
The Canon is a PRISMAsync and I'm not sure what the KM1 uses. It's a Konica system but I'm not sure if they're using some other RIP on the backend.

Which is why I asked.
Way too complex an issue for the little information posted when you are attempting to diagnose a RIP issue.

Canon:
The Canon PRISMAsync print server is powered by the Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE), not the Harlequin RIP. It utilizes Adobe's core technology for processing PDF, PostScript, and other print languages.

KM-1:
In summary, the KM-1 uses its own dedicated RIP software within the IJ Manager system, not the Adobe PDF Print Engine or a Harlequin RIP directly on the press controller itself.

Per Google Gemini.
So the KM-1 probably RIPS differently. Not good or bad. Just different.
To get the same output you then almost have to pre-process for BOTH systems.

The KM-1 is MADE to be a back end for pre-processors so maybe
you send the Prismasync output file to the KM-1? No idea.

YMMV

This doesn't help you, but just curious...why did you just install such an old predecessor model? The KM-1 (2016) was replaced by the KM-1e (2020), then the KM-1e HD (2022), and now the AccurioJet 3000. Was it used? KM has a great support network for their flagship product and their specialists should be able to answer your questions, but not sure how that works if you bought it used.

It's a used KM-1 with upgrades that mostly make it a KM-1e.
I know we can reach out to support but I just figured I would ask here to see if there is anyone else who has run into these problems.
KM Support isn't going to be familiar with running jobs on machines from other manufacturers.
I will try what Chriscozi said but I'm not sure that will make a difference.
