KM1060 banner printing error

Hello,

I just tried to print a long sheet on the KM1060 from the bypass tray but it is giving me an error saying "paper size not supported".

The size of the sheet I am trying to print on is 330mm x 600mm which is well within the specs of the machine, it can print up to 1200mm long in theory.

I can set custom size paper up to 1200mm but when I click print it does not process the image. It is highlighted in red in Command Workstation.

It's the first time I tried to print on longer sheet.

What am I doing wrong?

How about contacting KM service support line? It might be quicker than waiting for somebody with the same machine to give you a response on that.
Also, have you tried Youtube or event the KM website for some videos?

After reading through the manual online, I managed to get it to work.
Banner mode must be activated on the engine first.
It was easier than I thought.
