Kodak Insite/Storefront opinions wanted

We are a Kodak shop with Prinergy Connect and Insite so it's a logical step. But I'd like to hear from anyone who is using it to get input on how you like it or don't like it.

I would be very interested in what workflow integration options that you are looking for with your store front? We are in the process of implementing workflow automation into our Tribalsketch Web2Print printcommerce system. It will have a number of automation features at a very low cost of ownership. I would love to discuss the requirements printers are looking for in "Web2Workflow" solution.
