Good morning, we have a Kodak Insite server currently running Version 9.0 we are getting ready to do some updates to all are servers which are 2012 R2.
End of life is 10/10/23, we will be upgrading Prinergy to 9.5 from 8.0 once the severs are update with the current Server OS's. There is not much difference (if any)
between Insite 9.0 and 9.5. most of are proofing is via Insite, question, is there something else available to replace Insite with or what are other shops doing for soft proofing.

Any info shared would much appreciated, thank you for time.

There are a number of soft proofing solutions on the market, but Insite is the only one that will render a RIPPED proof from Prinergy and mirror all activity in the workflow and proofing solution.

We process from Prinergy to 150dpi dot pdf then forward via ftp.
Works a treat.
I assume some other 'soft proofing software' might be able to use the pre-imaged dot pdf?
