Hello My machine "2003 kodak lotem 800" takes the pattern sometimes interrupts the writing sometimes when writing and removing error does not remove "operation not successful the drum is in error state". We checked the drum card. please help us where else we need to check .. (sorry for bad english)

1) check that nothing interferes with the drum movement.

2) the problem could be a drum driver malfunctioning or failure.

In many cases problem is with drum driver. Also you have problem with battery on motherboard CR2032 which be failed.
