Typical Violet Problem

Typical Violet Problem

This is a typical problem. The Violet Photopolymer plates are negative (I am assuming Kodak is the same as the other brands), that means the Violet laser starts the imaging process, then you have a preheat that finishes the imaging process. If your laser is dropping in power because of dirty optics or your preheat was not calibrated properly that is most likely where your problem is, either way you will probably need a service call...

.... why isn't your Kodak Rep dealing with this???

I would like to apologize to those inquiries that i was not able to answer... We already solved our screen problems long time ago.. thanx to those who entertained our questions. We just have to do some adjustment in our machine.. and that's it.... =D
