Konica Minolta C8000 feed issue

Hi

I have a Konica Minolta C8000 with the PF705 installed (I think). Sheets load to the separation roller then stop. Any ideas?

Have you checked the gears at the back of the trays? There are plastic gears which we have had experience of teeth shearing off and jamming sheets.

How long have you had the c8000?

Are you running a material that might have a lip to it...like label stock, or magnetic material for instance? If so, make sure you turn off "Double Sheet Detection" in the paper tray settings on the machine panel. If it's just regular paper, then you might need to have service check the double sheet sensor as it could be mis-reading.
