Label cut sheets for digital printing

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to print label sheets on a KM 12000 printer that I can digital die cut with a graphtec cutter CE8000 15" with feeder that i just purchased. I currently buy the diverslabel from kelly that are lined in the back for easy peel and i'm looking for non lined label sheets. Any recommendations?

Also want to see if anyone knows if white bopp style cut sheets exist for digital printing and die cutting.

Any info would be appreciated.

Have you tried reaching out to your Kelly Spicers store? Ours is really good about sourcing nearly anything we need. Alternatively, you could try Relyco. They have the Revlar line that might meet your needs.

Appreciate it. My local Kelly paper guys who pick up at the counter usually go within arms reach, unfortunately. But thanks I’ll check out what you sent. I also found this.

Label stock that doesn't have scores in the liner where you would "crack" it apart to separate the label from it.

Why would you want non-lined label? I always thought that lined was preferable else your end user is going to damage the product with their fingernail trying to peel it

Yes, what @Stickman42 said. We use it when we kiss cut the sheets and have peel off labels off the whole sheet.

I get all my label stock from GF Labels. If you don't see what you're looking for don't hesitate to contact them. They are not a hug company and normally very responsive to requests.

Is there a reason you prefer non-lined for this? I make kisscut labels on my lined stock all the time and have never had an issue that made me want to buy a different stock just for the kiss cuts.

It eliminates the possibility of the liner cracking during normal handling or peeling the kiss cut labels off the liner. It's not an absolute necessity, but I feel it eliminates one potential problem. We don't do many label projects, and even fewer kiss cut ones, so I just order as needed.
