Looking for a shop to supply FM screened files

I'm looking for a shop, ideally in Texas, that can supply either LEN or TIFF files that have been FM screened that a flexo printer can then use to image plates for a test.
Ideally you'd be able to supply both 2nd order FM (dots grow through the tone scale) and 1st order FM screening (all dots are the same size).
