machine boots fine with ready status but every time when we send a job from XPO workstation, plate loads fine but machine didnt expose on it and gave following error,

* Error ID: 4901 "Rcon error: error Code {03529} system failure of the focus learn {Error code- 44300, error category = 07 - Fatal, device cann.
* Error ID: 8102 Operation not successful. Expose task was aborted by workstation.
* Error ID: 8101 Operation not successful. Expose task failed.

after these error plate unload and machine become normal with ready status.

kindly advice.

just check ur focus motor by moving into home position and check the position if u give home position command..

regards

check ur config also (from xpo to lotem controller software) ; getting config or not

i have check xpo config is ok, device is communicating with xpo and prinergy.
i dont know how to check focus motor, i have performed carriage test are ok.

Load a plate and see if it is loaded OK. Make sure that it is against the drum and not lifted. Check your vacuum holes. Clean them with the vacuum motor on.
Try another batch of plates or rotate the ones in the cassette by 180deg.

plate loading and unloading fine on drum.
i have checked the drum wholes are fine even i have clean them, also i have rotate plates in cassette but problem remain.

Your problem is a typical one where the head can not focus on the plate as it is out of the Focus travel range. If the plate is correctly on the drum than you will need to do a Focus sweep or a Surface Depth sweep and see what is the value from the test against the set one.

Before this error have u faced any problem in the ctp which is related to expose or anything etc.,

regards

Pach is right
This error indicates a plate loading problem - plate is either crooked or not wrapped properly around the drum.
The laser tracks the plate profile with the focus laser first and finds it out of range - increasing the verbosity in the head will display the focus table to confirm this.

Hi guys,
we have fixed the problem with interchange 3phase power wires but really this thing make me crazy as we have tested power through digital walt meter are same, but now machine is in production.
Thanks again all of your cooperation.

This means that vac pump was blowing and not sucking the plate onto the drum. Was this a new install? If it was you should have told us at start. Good luck with using the Lotem. By the way which part of the country you are in with all the problems over there?
