Lotem expose stucks/stops + data shifting vertically

Apart from DDB board, we changed tsp card / tsp cable / strobe board but still face data shifting vertically as per attached image..

apart from this error, at the time of expose expose stucks/stops suddenly without showing any error and drum rotates continuosly without any error for eg ; expose starts from 0 -25% then nothing expose drum rotates continuosly without any error..

Kindly advise what to do??
