Magnus 800 - can't expose a plate

We can make a media 790x1030 - no problem. But 459x525... We are getting an error: "The exposure failed. Rcon error: Head command transporter failure (Error Code = 44506, Error category = 07 - Fatal, device cannot recover". The plate unload from the drum (completly OK). But next plates don't expose - "The exposure head is being initialized failure... Error code 44501...". Next... we can't make all kinds of plate -- "The exposure head is being initialized failure". We turn off the Magnus and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. And after it we can make a media 790x1030 - no problem. But we can't send a job 459x525. Why? The exposure head is broken?
