Magnus 800 Quantum platesetter debris hose error

We are getting an error that reads as such:
"The exposure failed. Rcon error: The debris hose is disconnected, the cabinet has lost power, or the cabinet lid is not latched properly (Error Code = 43014, Error Category = 03 - Recoverable error) Click unload to automatically unload the plate from the drum. Resubmit the separation from the workflow workstation."
We don't see where any of the 3 possibilities applies. There is power to the debis unit. The latch is engaged and there is no air escaping which would be a sign of a disconnected hose.
Any and all ideas greatly appreciated for a fix or work around.
We are currently down so any help would be great.

some of the checks are inside the Magnus.

Here are a few things to try:

Cause 1: The debris collection hose is disconnected or has a hole.
Solution: Check the debris collection hose connections for large holes or poor connections. Reconnect or replace as necessary. Cause 2: The cabinet has lost power.
Note: The green light indicates power to the UDRC relay (power that comes from the device, not from the main power outlet on the wall).
Solution:

If the green light on top of the cabinet comes on and then goes off without the blower coming on, check the main power to the cabinet. Make sure that the power cable is plugged in both at the cabinet and at the wall. Check that there is power at the wall receptacle.



The main power connection to the motor (molex connector inside the UDRC motor enclosure) may have come loose. Turn the UDRC upside down and remove the bottom cover to gain access to the motor enclosure.
If the green light on top of the cabinet never comes on, the light itself may be burnt out or have a poor connection, or the UDRC relay may be broken.
Reseat the cable connection between the device and the UDRC.
Trace the cables from the green light and check the connections.
Check for voltage on this line when the light should be on.
If the problem still is not resolved, check the relay and replace it if defective. Some disassembly is required to access the relay in the UDRC power box.


Cause 3: The particulate filter (or filter spacer) is installed upside down or is not present.
Solution:
Check that the particulate filter is placed on the spacer.
Check that the spacer is properly oriented.

Check that the spacer is level.


Cause 4: The lid is not closed.
Solution: Ensure that the lid closes securely, without using excessive force.

Cause 5: The spring on the filter detect plunger switch is missing.
Solution: Replace the spring (part #59-3845).

Cause 6: The filter detect plunger switch is malfunctioning.
Solution: Test the cabling and/or replace the cables (part #10-4939) and filter detect switch (part #15-3431).

Cause 7: The collection nozzle sensing line may be disconnected.
Solution: Make sure that the sensing line is connected securely at both ends, between the nozzle and sensor (both are inside the device). Reset the output device to continue.
 
Pach, Thank you for your response. The green light on the top of the UDRC does come on for about 5 seconds. It then turns off and we get the error message on magnus controller computer screen. We checked the line voltage to the URDC and that seems fine along with the electrical wire itself that connects to the UDRC. In general, there is nothing that seems to be loose or leaking air. We were thinking of taking off the bottom cover to check the connection to the motor as our next step. What do you think? Appreciate your insights.

Try this:
The green light indicates power (coming from the device cable) to the UDRC relay.

If the green light on top of the cabinet has turned on and then off again, the power supply to the cabinet may have failed.

Make sure the power cable is plugged in at the cabinet and the wall. Check that there is power at the wall receptacle.
WARNING: The UDRC runs off mains. Please use appropriate precautions when tracing main power problems.
The main power connection to the motor (molex connector inside the UDRC motor enclosure) may have come loose. Turn the UDRC upside down and remove the bottom cover to gain access to the motor enclosure.
 
This error means there is no vacuum detected inside the machine within the allotted time.
The light on top indicates the command status coming from the device (it will operate even with the cabinet power cable disconnected)
Most common cause is the debris blower motor gone bad, especially if the error came up all of a sudden.
The only thing you can check is the 220v power and the internal relay.
Other causes like broken hose, bad sensor, blocked nozzle are possible but not likely as they usually give various errors increasing in gravity over time.
