Magnus/Lotem 400 Error while loading plate

Hi there,

I receive the following error while loading a plate:

The task Load From Drum Entry to Drum Loading System failed.
The task Loading Stopper Valve On Switch failed.
Operation not successful. Error On Loading Stopper Valve Valve/Solenoid HP detector : No change/No Valid state of Detector in ON Operation
===================
The log file shows that the stopper valve switches off successfully:

Busy Loading Stopper Valve 0
Task-Log Loading Stopper Valve Off Switch Complete - Status:Success , RetValue:0, TimeSpan:0sec

But later switching on fails:

Do you know which part causes the error? Is there a sensor I can check?

First thing to check is the air pressure. must be around 75psi or 6 bars.
Was it the first plate of the day ?

air pressure is fine and no, it happend after some plates already done. Now the error happens every time.

Hi printmono,
If you open the RHS door you will see all the activation points of the valves. Press them one at a time and see/ listen if they operate. One of them is the Stopper valve in the plate loading

Hi Pach,

thanks a lot. There was a faulty cylinder. We replaced it and the problem was gone.
