It's a transfer issue. Have you tried to adjust image transfer for black? Also you can adjust max image density for black. Also there is a different image transfer roller for black M2056684 it's a different number than for cmy. Originally they were all the same but they made a new on just for black. They probably already have that one in there but can't hurt to ask.
