Marquee Zoom in Acrobat

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the marquee zoom the default zoom tool in Acrobat?

This is not a direct answer...

To enable single-key shortcuts, select the Use Single-Key Accelerators To Access Tools option in General preferences.

Z toggles to the marquee zoom tool in Acrobat 9 Pro.

Greetings,

I am not sure what you mean by default, but if you mean to make it available in the toolbar along side the plus and minus buttons in Acrobat X, follow View>Show/Hide>Toolbar Items>Select & Zoom to add Marquee Zoom.
