i have a dc242 with built in fiery ripp, when i print a jobb, 1 sided A4 on 3 diferent paper, white in unit 4 yellow in unit 3 and a little wider paper in unit 5 the machine stops when papper from tray 5 goes in to the fuser, can anybody help me, on xerox homepage ther are a patch to the fiery ripp but its only to the extern ripp, the last page from tray 5 are 297x225mm, and the rest A4.
