Muller Primera feeding 60# covers

Having an issue with our brand new Muller Primera feeding 60#text covers in the cover feeder. Does anyone have insight into special suckers?? It is pulling doubles triples & such still have trainer here from Muller as well.

Tell the installer you want the thin signature suckers. Muller parts will know what he is talking about. They are green in color. Past that, it is a matter of air, stripper fingers and learning how to feed the feeder. You can run 40# through these feeders. Quite an amazing piece of equipment.

Thanks is looks like the cover was WAY out of spec from the factory, we set up the card feeder & it is working much better. Thanks for the response!

Do yourself a a favor and get a Technifold scoring unit for the cover deck and eliminate the need for offline scoring of covers. Good luck.
