Mutoh VJ1604 print problem

Hi All,
I have attached a couple of photos of a printing problem I am having with a Mutoh 1604 I just bought second hand. It was doing this before I bought it and it was on a different rip so I am assuming it is the printer. The lines are too perfect for it to dust or hair etc, does this look familiar to anyone?

This looks like there is stuff on the head that is dragging. You need to clean the head. You may also need to raise the head height.

Thanks mate, I did check the head a couple of times and it looked clear. After reading your post I got back under it with a penlight and sure enough 2 tiny fibres on the outer head of carriage. What it was doing was dragging back through on the return and pulling ink where there was a heavy saturation. Now printing perfect.
