Need expertise for printing a rigid substrate for a board game. 16" x 16"

A friend of mine invented a board game which has 7 levels, each constructed out of a black solid plastic foam board, not quite 1/4" thick. We need a way to print the top of each board from edge to edge (full bleed) and the size is 16"x16". Most printers I see for this only print 13" wide.

Does anyone know what kind of printer we need to get?

So far we have had a month of "Sorry, can't help ya!'"

Thanks

A large/ grand-format UV-Curing printer can do this easily, on a wide variety of rigid substrates. Vutek, HP, Oce, and many more manufacturers make devices that can do this.
