MCS, Inc. (Booth #1253) will exhibit 5 new revenue & profit enhancement technologies for production mail:

4-Color Condor Inkjet with PDF Perfect Match: The first 4-color envelope printer with PDF read-and-print functionality.
Using MCS’ Perfect Match MicroVision camera an insert code or number is read, a dynamic lookup for the associated PDF record is made & printed in full color.

The Condor will be operating in-line with a Flowmaster, equipped with an on-edge, high capacity sorting stacker, capable of speeds of up to 26,000 per hour.

TK 17 Monochrome Production Inkjet Printer—nano-polymer ink & Invisible Barcode Option:
Utilizing nano-polymer ink technology, the TK 17 prints at 375-500 fpm on gloss, aqueous coated and label stock to standard offset stock, without the need for inkjet-treated material; and it’s compatible with existing finishing lines.

Also showing is MCS’ Invisible Tracking Option which will print invisible barcodes on personalized letters to drive read-and-print systems without any visible codes.

MCS 8500 Sheet-Fed Inkjet Page Printer:
An 8.5” wide inkjet system that prints letter-size advertising-mail at over 15,000 per hour. Higher production speeds than toner devices but with the economies of inkjet—using nano-polymer inks.

MCS Eagle FlexPrint:
Much faster—now running at 40,000+ Pieces Per Hour.

MCS KM 2070:
A high-volume, color sheet-fed production laser printer. This digital press offers production color envelope production as well as full 13” x 19” sheet size with enhanced paper transporting & front to back registration.
