Offline UV coating from a HP 7500?

We have a HP 7500 and an offline UV coater. Has anyone found a coating that will pass a tape pull test that is also glueable?

Most UV's are not glueable. You need to have knock-outs on the the UV press to be able to apply the glue. This cannot be done on a roller coater. You would either need a blanket or a screen coater.

We found that the issue is the glueing adhesive, not the coating. We use adhesive from API in California with UV coated prints. It works well with gloss coating but not with satin.
