I would recommend SICPA Securink. They will definitely have what you are looking for.

But keep in mind, the amount/type of yellow fluorescent that is invisible, will cost you more as the images strength increases at a normal ink film.

There is no per se reasonable price such as many are accustomed to in the commercial ink sales print market. You get what you pay for.
