At my workplace i have a Creo Lotem 800V2. In the expose parameters window there is an offset parameter. The image is not centered on the plate and i think that the problem is from this parameter. Does anyone know how to get rid of this offset ? It is a value that i could change in the hardware window ?

What front end are you using? is it a Brisque? anyway try and change this value to "0".

Yes, it is a Brsque. i had to define an offset value in Brisque to ompensate the offset. But if i put the offset in Brsque at 0, the offset from the Lotem still remains. So i think this is an internal setting and the Lotem is not getting this information from Brisque.

First try and put a negative number in the offset value. Have you got a good known registry backup diskette? If yes than first save the present registry parameters and than load the previously saved registry.
without any offsetes the image is always centered to the plate size.
Does this offset change from plate to plate or is it always the same?

The offset it's always the same size. I can't change the offset from Lotem aplication. I put a negative offset in Brsque to compensate the offset from Lotem application but i want to have all offset values at 0. So anyone know how to change the offset parameter for this CTP from his PC controller ?

If the negative offset resolves your problem than do it. You do not want to mess with the registry parameters . so put yhe negative value in all your expose settings in your hot folders.

Yes, i know. But i don't want to put an offset at every template. Besides that, there is no offset parameter in the registry file. So this value is from somewhere else in the Lotem application.
