According to
this brochure for that printer, it does come with an embedded Fiery controller, so yes, you can use it with Command Workstation. If it's not currently working it could be a number of problems. The first two I'd look into are:
- Is it properly connected to your network with a static IP address?
- If #1 is good, then you may need an older version of Command workstation since this is an older printer. You'll have to check on Fiery's website to check which version is compatible with your controller's version (which is System 8e according to the brochure).
- If you keep having trouble with #2, then you can always use a print driver which is found here.
