Opening InDesign options

Out of several computers one does not asked about Profile Policy when opening an InDesign file. I've looked and not found any setting that would turn the Profile Policy options ON/OFF.

Under Edit / Color Settings all settings are the same on all computers.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Linda,

Adobe bridge is the application to synchronise all your colour management settings in creative cloud. So, use one machine to set up all the settings you want. Then export those settings as a file and then import those settings to all the other machines. That should make your problem go away.

Yes. That is how we are setup and all computers are synchronized. We're guessing a corrupted InDesign preference and plan on deleting and rebuilding. Operator just has several jobs to finish first.

If deleting and rebuilding the preferences doesn't work, try also removing any InDesign-releated cache files (usually found in ~/Library/Caches).
