Packaging Question

We have a project coming up that require us to package a 100# gloss text sheet(19.5x28in.) in bundles of 250 and fulfill as needed. We will need to fulfill 1-50 packs for several different accounts on a regular basis and would like not to box each package for cost reasons. (any suggestions)

You didn't mention how you were shipping these. Our paper company uses a piece of corrugated cardboard top and bottom and wraps with a good quality brown wrap and uses reinforced tape. It makes a good solid package, but it gets delivered by their truck so there's not much handling.
