Password for DryStar 2000 doesn't work

Hi,

standard password '1234' doesn't work. After accept by 'Y' show again stars.

I need reset time for IR lamp. How can I do this?

Could you post a picture of the key pad. I don't think you push the y button. You have to push a button with a diagonal arrow.

Has anyone figured out how to clear the IR timer? Or apply the password correctly?
I can post a picture tomorrow if that helps.
