pdf fails flightcheck on resolution but resolution is fine - what's happening?

My Pitstop profile is set to error if a file contains images less than 298 dpi, but I have a file where an image is 300 dpi (checked with Enfocus Inspector) and it fails, has anyone seen this before?

Best and easiest thing to do is contact Enfocus support.

If you drop them a mail they will get back to you with an answer, if you can include the problem PDF and your preflight profile as well as any details such as the PitStop version it will save them time
