I find imp has a very good automatic flow. fast and accurateI have spent a considerable amount of time looking at both products, but I will not compare publicly. Both do their job very well, but such a comparison will not yield anything. What matters is what you want to use the product for, how to integrate it into your existing workflow, and what tasks you plan to solve with it.
