Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to take over all manufacturing responsibilities for a rapidly growing commercial printing facility. This is a VERY short run, high quality facility with brand new 40" and 26" sheetfed presses, digital printing, CTP systems and full bindery. All jobs are received from the parent facility in the Midwest via the Internet. A minimum of 10 years experience managing commercial printing operations is required and an in-depth knowledge of CTP,Press,and Bindery depts. is required. Must be an "on the floor" type Mgr-not an office type. Degree not required but strongly preferred. MUST SPEAK SPANISH!! Salary-$90-105,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Full relocation provided.
