Hi,
We're trying to output a file from Artpro, a fingerprint which has object screening in. The plate needs to be sent with a linear press curve and standard plate bump up - however the workflow we have in place returns the error 'no curve selected, possibly a match failure on resolution/ruling'. Are we missing something that needs to be set up with regards to handling object screening for that workflow? We have existing curves that handle them just fine, however when we change the material type to the required, it comes up with that error?
