Polar 92emc tube light and starter motor

Can anyone help me with the specs for the light and starter motor for a polar 92emc. Its the tube light that sits above the blade.

Specifications for light and starte lamp or bulb for the table:
1) lamp fluorescent: 30 watts.-220Vca
2) Starter 40 watts.
