poliprint on xerox versant 280-i'm not sure where to even start with this one..

I am trying to run some cards on digital 14mil Poliprint and I've run into an image quality issue that I've never encountered before.

There are just so many different issues going on here and I am not quite knowledgeable enough to understand what I'm even looking at.
Image transfer? Fuser temp? idk
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Image voltage adjustment. It's a special screen on Xerox printers. You run it and it runs a bunch of patches and then you pick the right patch.

It still will sometimes on plastic paper do that weird blowout effect but usually only on dark colors (dark purple, green, etc). These are light colors so you should be fine once you do the image voltage adjustment.

I can't remember where that button is because I haven't had a xerox machine in a few years but these instructions might get you close enough:

thank you very much, I will try that.

What paper settings are you using? Try matte coated 351-400gsm. I think you will struggle to get that 14pt polyester to print well on the 280. Not saying it's impossible, but it's beyond the specs of the 280. Xerox does recommend a 1" margin on trail and lead edges and says it may be needed to use a 2" margin if possible to eliminate edge deletion.
