Preps 10 won't run on Mac M4 Mini Pro

The error I get is "The application Finder does not have permission to open "(null)". Anyone has a solution for this? Thank you.

Preps isn't certified for Sequoia. Kodak are working on it, I'd expect them only to fix for V11 and not V10. Its in the Known issues with Prinergy 11.

that didn't work. I got this "unsealed contents present in the bundle root" for the second command.
