Preps 8 - Marks problem

Hi All,
I'm banging my head against my desk trying to move the position of a simple side-guide mark, but Preps doesn't seem to want me to do it.
I have the Press Run selected, I can SEE the place to change it, but it's grayed out and inaccessible. (as is the center guide length)
What am I missing? I used to be able to do this at will. (It's been a while since I've needed to)
Preps 8.3.0 Build 175
Mac Sierra - 10.12.6

The only way I see this is if you have Preps preference "Use sheet marks" unchecked.
