Would someone be willing to share a screen shot of their ColorConvert and Trap sections within a refine process? I have been testing some settings and would like to see what someone else is using. Thank you!

As requested. The Color convert section may need to be adjusted for your output. We use ColorFlow which alters the setup quite a bit. If you are not using it you will need to change the "Tagged Content" section to use your desired settings.
