prinergy installation error

At the time of installation we got below error :

Error in registering com file : c: program files / kodak/prinergy evo 5.0.6.1 / bin/NFop com component.dll return code 128 : there are no child process to wait for..


any suggestions?

What Windows Server version are you using? Did you follow system requirements? Were you able to follow windows system setup procedure prior to installing Prinergy Evo?

At first guess, I would say that you are trying to intstall an ancient version of Prinergy on a newer or non confrom OS. Other than that what Doctor_Blade said.
