Prinergy - Turn Off Low Disk Notifications

Our archive disk was low on space. I have created a new disk for archiving now. The the previous Archive disk is still low on space and the Workshop clients constantly get a low disk notification that is making it difficult for them to work. Is there any way to turn this off?

I'm not sure if the Low disk space errors are being parsed from the Windows notifications or if Prinergy monitors the disks itself, you can try turning off the Windows notifications and see if that is reflected in Prinergy:

1. Open the Registry Editor by clicking on Start -> Run and running REGEDIT.
2. Navigate to the following location:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
3. Right-click in the blank area of the right-hand pane of the Registry Editor and create a new DWORD Value by selecting New -> DWORD Value.
4. Name this new DWORD Value NoLowDiscSpaceChecks
5. Double-click on the new DWORD value and assign it a value of 1.
6. Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
