Print Supervisor
ADI, manufacturer of high quality point of purchase displays seeks a Print Department Supervisor. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience successfully leading a manufacturing team in a supervisory or equivalent position. Requires experience with delegating work load, coaching, conflict resolution and administering discipline if necessary. Responsibilities will include job scheduling to meet tight deadlines, setting up both our digital inkjet presses as well as screen printing equipment, overcoming technical obstacles, training, productivity and employee moral.
This is a hands on, working supervisory position requiring a high degree of mechanical aptitude. Must be self-disciplined and driven to be among the best. Strong work history, good references required, a knowledge of digital & screen printing processes is a plus but we are willing train a candidate who has strong supervisory skills. Must remain organized, effective and comfortable in a fast moving environment with rapidly changing priorities. This position will require a positive "can do" attitude.
