slimbh, there is a wide range of synthetics available in the substrate throughput assurance guide that you should have received with your press. However, I don't think PVC is specifically supported...but next to each item will be small numbers which refer to settings/specific instructions at the bottom of the chart. Check that out and maybe see if one of the approved synthetics will work for your client. If you don't recall getting one or have lost it, just ask your specialist or sales rep for one. I do know for synthetics, it's usually recommended to only run 1 sided, and face up. I also make sure to run from the bottom vacuum feed drawer (tray 3) to keep the straightest path. Lastly, you should hang out near your press while it's running, because if there is a jam, the media will melt in the fuser if it sits for more than a few seconds.
