Printing to Epson Stylus Photo R3000 From Photoshop

Greetings, Quick search did not find anything on this. I have a customer that wants to create proofs on an Epson Stylus Photo R3000 that will match our presses, such I presently do using my CGS rip and Epson 4800.

I have heard of people creating color managed proofs via Photoshop but have no experience doing this. Is it possible for my customer to do this using the 3000?
