In the current Practical eCommerce newsletter, Boyd Badten of PrintingForLess ($20 million in sales) talks about w2p lessons learned. Good read for anyone now selling, or planning to sell, printing on the web.

I don't know Boyd, nor do I know much about his company. One of the things that caught my eye was his comment that even walk-in orders get processed like they came off the web. I suspect that, in a $20 mil printing company, few orders come walking in through the front door.
