problem in lotem 800v2 _ gripper not in position error

Hi Meir

From morning onwards we are facing a problem like gripper not in position

1. we cleaned the sensor

afterthat we have taken 2 plates then we send casette to punch ok ; punch to drum ok; if u give drum to drum plate get lockedd in head gripper but not locked in tail gripper...

then we fixed a new silver sticker on above the silver sticker in tail gripper afterthat we exposed 2 plates now again we are getting sripper not in position..

kindly advise whether we have to check any sensor or sticker need to fix freshly or any other steps to be noted kindly suggest...

its like 2 plate expose without problem then again gripper not in position error then again error then restart the machine again 2 plates like this continue

any advise...

Have you checked your plates if they measure exactly what they should be?
Put the tail grippers in their loading postion and do a New Plate and have a look where the tail grippers are. They should be about 3 to 4mm away from the plate size. i.e 600mm plate should see the grippers at about 604.

by adjusting the side to side detectors under hardware tree in the software,, problem get sorted out pach.. sorry for delayed reply..

we started installing another lotem ctp, everything is fine machine is in ready mode, but when we initialise drum it rotates slowly with some noise no error...

we are suspecting levelling problem or anything else to check manually we rotate the drum no issues..

any idea???

The drum always rotates slowly when you initialize. Check the tail grippers if one of them is not loose.

If we check vaccum pump under hardware tree no error , but if we click vaccum power switch on noise starts drum rotates with noise.. like if u run the scooter or bike without oil..

is there is anything related to lubrication or maintanence because the front portion under casette was fully spreaded by oil before we do the installation..

tried to load the plate , casette to punch ok, punch to drum ok, drum to drum not ok...

now we are getting drum temperature error...

Kala,
I think that you connected the 3 phases incorectly. Swap one of the phase and try the Vacuum pump agai. It should give you a quieter noise. You can also check if the phase are corectly wired by turning on your vacuum pump and see if the vacuum holes blow or suck. You can use a small piece of paper over the holes.

earlier we faced plate was not sucked from casette then we changed the phase then it started sucking the plates, afterthat plate loading drum to drum also ok but noise was there from starting onwards, could you suggest more depth and detail..

You can check if you connected youe 3 phase correctly by just switching on you vacuum pump and listen to the noise it makes. It it is a grinding noise your 3 phase is not connected corectly.
