quicksetter problem

we have a quicksetter 350 from Heideiberg, there are 2 1/4 inch wide light strip from head to tail on plate in the middle area, is it because of bad spinner or from laser unit? thanks a lot

Have you called Heidelberg ? Can you take a picture of the processor that is attached to the recorder, I might know what is wrong.

our old recorder doesn't have this problem but we have a spinner fault error, heidelberg asked 7k for spiner assembly so we bought another used quicksetter 350 then found this problem, actually there is maybe 3 or 4 strips across entire plate, only 2 of them are so obivious, any inputs?
