Hello,
We're considering an SP1360 with a feeder for envelope printing. I'm wondering how the consumable counters work, as in when it tells you to replace a drum do you have to replace it or can you reset it in the service menu? We have a Xante EnPress that tosses out a change drum message every 60,000 revolutions (@20,000 envelopes). When it does that we can reset the counter and run until the next message arrives. We typically get 5-6 of these cycles out of a drum. Our vendor can't really tell us much about this feature and it would likely be all sales-speak anyway.
Any input about the unit would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
