Our 9210 started printing like the attached photo today. I have also had a loud squeeking noise in the linear roller area that has been off and on for a while now but today it was literally screaming it was so loud. The machine will not hold back up for a whole run.
Our service provider ordered a new magenta laser component because our jobs would just throw down cyan toner very heavy on runs, but I could run image quality adjustments and bring it back. This machine is having alot of problems and it is less than 2 years old. A tech mentioned that they are concerned a board might be going out on it?? Any feedback would be appreciated.
