Ricoh C7100 and C7200 parts cross-compatibility - drums, charging units, etc.

Hi guys,
I wonder if some TCRU/ORU for C7200 could also be compatible with an older model, non-officially?
I am aware of some C7200 parts being officially made available for C7100, like ITB Cleaning Unit.
But what about drums and charging units for example? They look virtually same on both machines, - ist there anything that could stop me from successfully using those from C7200 (for example, D0A5-9510 drum or D0A5-2510 charging unit) on C7100, where usually D194- Parts would be expected? Some websites selling those even mention both C7100 and C7200, but I would rather like to hear from someone actively doing such a swap.
Thank you in advance!
Michael

Really not a single person there having done that? :( I hoped for at least one answer - one way or another :)

Hi - Had a 7100 and went to a 7200. Many of the parts were interchangeable - many were NOT.
You need the parts list for both and then compare the actual parts them selves.
Our super great service tech put some 7100 parts in the 7200 that 'looked like the ones I took out' and it promptly ate some units. Sigh.

Do you maybe recall, what parts it have been?
Drums and Charging Units would not kill another components for sure, but they could of course still make the print quality suffer. That is why I am still holding back.

And it would be very interesting to know what parts did not work at all although visually same.

But back to drums and charging units: my understanding is, that the only difference with the drums are extra markings for better DEMS on C7200 drums. - this would mean, that C7100 (D194) Drum cannot be as good calibrated on C7200, - but the other way round, using C7200 drums on C7100 shoud still be fine??
And Charging units - I recall that the color of the roller delivered on C7100 charging units changed with a time - from dark color at the begining to a light sand/beige color now. - and this is very same as the C7200 charging roller. - my understanding here: Ricoh changed the material on C7100 roller, but did not change the part namber. Then, they used the same roller with C7200? If this is true, then one should maybe not use the oldest C7100 units with C7200, but could easily use the C7200 roller on C7100?

I also have another question: how can one tell, if the charging unit is for C7100 or for C7200?
The only designation I can find on the units besides the production date, is "TT5" or "TT7". -
is ist that simple? TT5 for C7100 or TT7 for C7200? Maybe some of you have those parts lying around and could tell me the description of your parts?

Why I am asking: I looked at the Drum Kit we got and I am now not really sure if it is for C7200 or maybe C7100. - there is no official writing on the box, just some stickers from the seller, - one mentioning "C7200 drum kit", but the other listing "D194-9510 drums", - so this is contradictory. -

If I knew how I can tell the difference based on charging units (or maybe drums?), I could know it for sure. - maybe this is even the proper C7100 kit in the end effect. idk.

On my charging units from the kit, it says TT7. Most old charging units from C7100 that I have here still lying around, are TT5. -

Thanks in advance.
