We have a Ricoh c7100 with the sr5060 booklet finisher. This finisher has all of a sudden refused to run letter size sheet or anything under 12x18. It will run out one sample, but after that it will constantly jam in the same spot (where the side guides jog it together before sending to staple and fold. Will run 12x18 sheets all day long, but under 12" wide we get jammed.
I have check over all feed routes to see if there was a paper chunk stuck or something and have come up short. Also cleaned thoroughly all feed wheels.
Would you have any recommendations on where to turn next? We are in the middle of two long runnign saddle-stitch booklets and have started them on 12x18 and cutting the waste, but it's a lot of unneeded waste so I need to run it to size. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks!
