Roland printing different color from one day to the next

We have a Roland VG2-640. When we print panels for really large wall graphics, all of the panels made in the same day match in color. The next day, we print the remaining panels and the color will have shifted. Or perhaps we need to re-print a panel that we messed up when laminating the next day. Is there an automatic color calibration or other feature that the Roland is running that we need to turn off? Curious if you have any insight @Correct Color

Nothing I'm aware of. Is this something new, or has it always happened?
It's always happened since we purchased it. We don't always have these big wall graphics, so we don't really think about it until another one comes along. We mentioned it to the distributor we bought it from and they weren't much help.

It's happened on a variety of vinyls...even when using the same roll from one day to the next. We use the built-in Roland RIP/Versaworks software. It's happened on a variety of colors...bold reds, dark blues, dark greens.
